At VETIQ®, we genuinely care about your pet’s wellbeing — and we want you to feel confident in every product you choose. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Before returning your product, please get in touch with our friendly Customer Care Team. We’d love the opportunity to understand what didn’t work and offer guidance or suggest a more suitable alternative from our range — sometimes a simple swap can make all the difference to your pet’s needs.

Returns are accepted within 28 days of delivery. If your return is due to a fault, incorrect description, or a change of mind after a delivery delay or pricing error, we’ll send you a free-post label once we’ve authorised the return.

Please make sure items are in their original packaging and safely packed for transit.
